I started this venture from an idea of helping my friends with computer problems. Later, I thought, why not get some certifications to back up my skill set...I encountered some people who put their faith in my skills and appreciated my customer service abilities. One thing lead to another where I have had employment from a variety of local entities, and individuals who needed my help and training. Now I work in a variety of places, from medical and educational sites, to financial as well as the homes of a few referred by word of mouth, simply helping people to troubleshoot, and solve technological issues.

-I can provide professional work orders/receipts/invoices to meet the needs of accounting.
-I am CompTIA A+, and Network+ certified.
-I am certified by Microsoft in Windows OS--Microsoft Certified Professional
-I am also certified by Microsoft in Microsoft Office for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook--I hold the Microsoft Office Specialist certifications for each of those.
-I earned my MS in Information Technology, graduate with distinction with a 3.92 GPA, from Grantham University.
-My goal is to help you obtain meaningful use from your technology at a minimum impact to your budget.
-I have completed another MS degree. This one is in Health Systems Management, since a large percentage of my clients are in various aspects of health care.
-HIPAA compliant and able to help you obtain meaningful use from your technology.
